How to Download Music (Albums) for Dummies

(WRITER’S NOTE: I don’t know if you could consider this as “plagiarism”, but I originally used the original version of this article as a sort of my “homework-slash-quiz” for my academic writing class, so my apologies for the excess in formality. Well, whoever read this article inside the classroom could definitely blow up my real identity... and that includes my professor. By the way, this how-to has pictures for easy understanding.)

Some albums are, unfortunately, not available in one’s country, but these can be downloaded for free by following these steps.

First, the computer’s internet browser, preferably Google Chrome, must be opened, and the website www.filestube.com must be typed in the browser’s address bar before pressing Enter on the keyboard.

Like so
As soon as the website loads, a search bar will appear, and the artist’s name and the album title should be typed in it before clicking. For this example, the album “REDEEMER” by D’espairsRay will be used.

Easy does it...
If ever the album is titled in an eponymous manner, typing the year when the album was originally released would greatly help.

After clicking the Search button, FilesTube will show a list of items that match the typed keywords and a file with a “.rar” or “.zip” extension name must be chosen to ensure that an album will be downloaded.

Now, that IS a list.
After clicking the desired item, the webpage will load and a blue panel (shown below) will appear on the webpage with a Download button (encircled in red), which should be clicked to download the desired file.

Obviously you saw that red circle, right?
The webpage will then be directed to a file-sharing website, which varies greatly (although, for this example, the file sharing website Mediafire is used). The button or the link with the word “Download” should be clicked.

I even encircled the word "Download" for your convenience! Can't you thank me!?
If ever the file sharing website gives the option for a premium membership for a faster download (especially Megaupload), the option that leads to a free download must be picked.

YES, PICK THAT INSTEAD!!!
Finally, the desired file will be downloaded given enough time.

Now, one could listen to the album without having it imported. After all, as Gama Bomb’s Philly Byrn said, “Music should be free.”

(P.S.: If you liked the album, make sure to get the album’s original copy. I don’t want to sound as if I’m encouraging piracy to you guys!)
